Instructions

Note: please create read-only API keys, except where specifically noted in the instructions.

1. Log in to Kraken.
2. On the top menu on the righthand side, click the button showing your name and an arrow next to it.
3. In that dropdown, expand the "Security" section and click "API".
4. On the API page, click "Add key".
5. Give your API key a description so you know this key is connected to Aer (something like "Aer" may be a good choice).
6. Check the following permissions: "Query Funds", "Query Open Orders & Trades", "Query Closed Orders & Trades", "Query Ledger Entries", "Export Data".
7. Leave Key Expiration, Query start date/time, and Query end date/time turned off (default).
8. Create the key, then copy paste the Key and the Secret into Aer.
